Blue, her mom and her siblings where rescued from a shelter. Blue has been confirmed by the Vet as born deaf. But that doesn’t hold him back. She is super Sweet and playful, Loves to be touched. All pups will bark/whine when confined and need to potty. They will use pads or paper, but go very well outside.
