Scarlett and her babies where rescued after being abandoned in a house in kissimee. Thankfully we had a foster mom agree to take on this sweet momma and her 2 week old babies. Here is what her foster mom has to say about her:

This sweet little mama is such a little Southern Belle.  She sits all proud and proper with her front paws crossed like a lady and watches her little pups play all around her.  But, now that her pups are ready to go out on their own adventures, mom is looking for her very own forever family.  Don't let this 2 year old 10.8 lb. young lady fool you.  She is a bundle of energy, and once she gets moving there is no stopping her.  She is a squirrel, lizard, and an anything that moves, chaser.  She spins in circles with excitement when she knows she is going for a walk.  Yes, she is a runner.  If she gets loose, she will be gone!   She will need a secured fenced yard or need to be leashed at all times.  Little Scarlet is good with other dogs and could care less about cats.  She is also good with  children and is housetrained. Although she has not been kennel trained, she does not appear to have a problem being in a kennel.  She knows a few basic commands and does pull a little on the leash. The pulling seems to be the result of her just being excited at the beginning of the walk.  By the time the walk is coming to an end she is staying right beside you.  With a little patience and practice on the leash the pulling can be easily corrected.  At the end of the day all Scarlet wants is to cuddle in someone's lap, and when it is time for bed she will try to claim the best spot, the pillow.
