Panda and his brother Bandit where owner surrender due eviction. They are cute, sweet and kinda spunky. Panda is a little more shy but warms up quickly. Panda came in very matted and had to be shaved down. His hair is normally longer like a havanese. He is neutered, microchipped, tested negative for heartworms and ready for adoption. He is good with other dogs. He did chase the cats in a temporary foster home (so maybe no cats). He is currently living in a multi dog foster home. He loves to run around and chase the other dogs in the foster home and has plenty of energy!
