Pennie was found abanded out on a country road on 100 acres. There could be no way this girl could have wandered off from a neighbor due to her size and location so she must have been dumped (she was found sitting on a cardboard box we suspect she was dumped in). How could anyone not want this sweet girl? She safe now and happy in a foster home!

Pennie is a happy healthy puppy. She has a gentle loving manner and gets along with dogs and cats. She is very much loves her humans and wants to be with them all the time. She is not housebroken yet and will need continued work on that. She loves to snuggle and give kisses. Since Pennie was found on a country road we have no clue what her breed truely is. The guess of Papillon/Chihauhau is just by looking at her. She will definetly remain a small dog when fully grown but that is all we know!
