Monkey and another dog (Kangaroo the poodle) where found as strays in terrible condition completely matted. The local shelter contacted us because these babies needed great homes and some TLC. This is what the foster had to say about him:
Monkey:
Monkey's name suits him very well...he's a curious and mischievous little monkey! Monkey loves to follow me around watching everything I do. He wants to figure out his world. He loves to play with other dogs. Monkey will snuggle with you on the couch. He loves to sleep with his people at night. Monkey has a healthy appetite and does a cute trick of standing on his hind legs to ask for treats. Monkey does well on a leash and enjoys walks. (He also does well in a pet stroller.) We are working on potty training Monkey. Monkey is an amazing little boy and any family would be lucky to adopt him!
