Buddy was pulled out of a shelter in rural Georgia. This lovely medium sized boy is a calm, laid back fellow that enjoys his people! He currently fostered with kids and another senior dog. He has experence with cats in his foster home in Georgia. If you want a well trained, laid back, well trained boy this is your dog! This is what his foster parents say about him:

Buddy is happy to relax on the couch with you. If you bring out a toy or ball he’ll play but stays easygoing. He is patient with our two children and gets along with our senior GSD. He does love to go outside and will bolt out the front door if you don’t keep an eye on him. He rides in the car just fine but wants to be up front, or at least in the second row. He’ll climb over the seats from the back of our Outback.He knows come and sit, we are working on stay and paw. 

No accidents so far and so he seems 100% housebroke. We let him in the backyard several times a day, and he gets at least one good walk.

He doesn’t love getting in the crate, we have to gently put him in there. Though he has gone in at least once on his own.

When we leave we either put him in a room by himself or in the crate.

He walks ok. He follows his nose.

We mainly put him up so he doesn’t get into the pantry or the kids toys.

When he does get ahold of something he’s not supposed to have, he gives it up with no fuss.
