Waffles was rescued after his elderly owner gave him up for "not being able to handle him". As it seems a family member bought this puppy for there grandmother and as the puppy grew she was unable to handle the dog without being knocked down. He was moved to the vets office and then send down to Florida from rural georgia on transpor. His breed is honestly questionable. The vets office indicated rhodiesian Ridgeback but clearly this puppy mixed with something else and since a curr is a common GA country dog i added that breed.

This is what his foster said about him:

Waffles:
The absolute happiest dog in Florida. Everywhere he goes it’s full body wiggles as a hello to new people. Perky ears and expressive face are a bonus, he always knows what’s going on. Loves to be walked, run or generally outside. Plays fetch and anything active. Not very food oriented, will do tricks for love instead. Crates easily overnight and when we are out.
Likes: long walks on the beach, watching movies, meeting new people.
Dislikes: highway driving, not being able to meet everyone he sees.
