This litter was rescued from rural georgia. They where the product of an opps litter with a families 2 unaltered dogs. The father was a white labrador and the mother a mixed breed medium size dog. They are cute and absolutely adorable. This is what the foster had to say about her:

Poppy a wonderful puppy who will need a family with a bit patience . . . She loves people and other animals … but if she becomes spooked, she will hide under a bush (a rock, the back of her kennel) or could be a little aggressive if not trained properly. She is beyond sweet and snuggly. She loves taking her afternoon naps snuggled up to my son. But she is also apprehensive. She would be best in a furever home that doesn’t have super young children and not first-time dog owner. She will be an incredible family member but need to be socialized with other animals in a slow/ safe manner.

(Current foster situation – she is with two of her siblings, two medium sized dogs and two Children that are 11 & 13. Our 11-year-old will dance, snuggle, have her on her back – touching her toes and she is completely comfortable and fine. But when she is afraid, she might show her teeth or run away. Examples – when our 40 pound doodle scared her upon meeting, she showed her teeth. When she was outside, and neighbor put lawn mower on – her siblings wagged their tails and ran towards the sound. Poppy hid under a bush. She truly is a great puppy, just needs a little help, building trust, being desensitized and showing her that she is safe)
