This adorable litter was an opps litter. The mom was owned and became a single mom to 8 healthy pups. The mom stayed with the owner and she was spayed to prevent future litters. The mom is a chocolate/Tan labrador mix. The father is unknown. The mom was larger at over 68lbs so we suspect these puppies will be in the 70lbs mark. This is what the foster had to say about her:

They are all working on house training and they do really well when they are outside playing and called to come inside. They all chase after balls. And get along with other dogs. They are in the large crate during the day when unsupervised and sleep in the crate at night also. They tend to pick on dogs their size or smaller.
Cricket - black and tan - she’s the little explorer//adventurer. She gets along so well with fletcher (bigger dogs) And wrestles with him all day.
Enjoy being outside.Cricket knows how to climb the stairs she learned this on her own.
