Raine was found in a rain storm as a stray. Her owners were contacted and did not want her back. We pulled her from The shelter. This is what her foster had to say:Raine is a sweet little girl who enjoys cuddles. She is a bit shy at first but once she knows you, you'll be her bestfriend. Raine is potty trained, crate trained and gets along well with other dogs and cats. She is a low maintenance girl, likes to lay around all day and doesn't bark, she enjoys mellow environments.
