Moki Moki is a Rat Terrier Mix. She is approximately 3 years old and weighs 9 pounds. Even at 9lbs she has very petite features. She is a little frightful, but will settle in and be very devoted to her new family. She was removed from a hoarding case and was living outside with 8 other females. Moki seems to get along with other dogs and children. She is not extremely outgoing, but would do much better at coming out of her shell once she is adopted into a home where she will be with less dogs. Because she lived outside with her sisters, she is now heartworm positive. She is undergoing treatment and if adopted, Animal Advocates will continue covering the cost of treatment until she is clear. The adopter will need to give her the required medicine and take her to the occasion vet visit, however again, all cost will be covered for the treatment of her heartworms. We are working on housebreaking, but she is doing well with a pad. She sleeps in a crate at night but would rather be curled up with her human. This sweet, amazing little girl has been through enough and deserves nothing but love and pampering for the rest of her life.
