Deogo is a beautiful lab mix who we rescued from a rural georgia shelter. Lucky we have a partner organization who helps foster and transport him and his brother Bear down to florida.  Deogo and his brother bear have happy lab personalities but are learning what its like to live indoors ( we suspect they have lived most there lives outside). He seems to be doing very well with housetraining but will continue to need to be let out often and monitored.  Deogo ideal home would have another playful dog who LIKES TO PLAY!! he is currently fostered with cats in the home and seems to do ok with them. This is what his foster dad has to say about him:

Diego is an incredibly energetic dog who loves to play and cuddle with people! He is not so great on his leash (working on this) & and is scared of elevators. Sometimes you have to pick him up until he trusts where you are taking him. He needs to be kennelled if you plan on having him in one or sleeping in one, because he has broken out and chewed up some things before. He is very friendly towards other animals and people and loves to hop up and join you on the couch. With some training Deogo will be an excellent dog to have, and his energy and lovingness will always be there!
