This little guy was found abandoned on someone porch in a crate. Poor boy was terrified and was all big eyes and growls. He now established in his foster home and all sweet and love! This is what his foster has to say about him: Sprout”
This fuzzy wuzzy little fella is Sprout, he came to Animal Advocates when he was left in a kennel on someone doorstep in the middle of the night. The nice people that found him contacted Animal Advocates and we gladly took him into our rescue. At first he was a very nippy flea infested, matted, frightened little dog. For this reason we recommended no small children. But once this little fur ball realizes that "YOU" are his "HUMAN" he becomes very attached and will follow you everywhere. Just look at how adorable he is now that he is all cleaned up. Sprout is a long haired dog and will need to be groomed on a regular basis. But, Sprout does not shed. In a very short period of time he became a very well adjusted little dog. He loves to cuddle, rub his face on you, give kisses and get belly rubs. He is dog and cat friendly. He can become frightened when meeting new people and would need a couple of days to decompress once he is in his forever home. He is house trained and crate trained. When left alone he will patiently wait for you to return. Sprout gets very excited to go for a walk, and is wonderful on a leash. But, as you can see, Sprout is somewhat over weight. He doesn't go very far while on a walk and gets tired very easily. Sprout is on a strict diet and could stand to lose a few pounds.
If you think this fuzzy wuzzy little Sprout is the dog for you and you would like to meet him......please fill out an adoption application. More about SproutGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Is Not Good with Kids Videos of Sprout:
